The Everyday Kind was released as a single ahead of the EP on the 28th of January. It is a warm, fierce, beatific love song that tells the story of meeting someone in the pubs and clubs of Leeds. Alongside the spoken word lyricism and sung choruses, is a dense arrangement of saxophone, violin, synthesisers and percussion that elevate the band to new heights.

Met her at a gig a mate of mine was playing
It was loud dark and dusty I couldn't hear what she was saying
